I have owned an '09 GV 2.4 with 5 speed since October 09. Love it!! except I see distortion in the drivers side mirror which appears to be the glass surface is not flat.
Vehcles appear magnified with linear distortion. As well, with just 11,000kms yesterday the warning "Service ESP system" showed on the Information Centre. Has anyone out there experienced similar experiences?

What side is your steering wheel at? RH or LH? In Canada, we have left-hand-side steering wheel, and left(driver side) mirror is flat, but right mirror is convex for magnifying.
Maybe you have a mirror from the car with steering on the other side.

Thank you for your reply! I am in Canada, southern New Brunswick. Yes the RH mirror is convex, but the LH does have a distortion. I have been driving all types of vehicles for almost 39 years and never experienced anything like this.
Anyway, I am taking the GV in for service this week and see what they have to say.

I got mine 4 years ago, and it had this little distortion as well, but now I don't notice it anymore
 Seriously, all the ones I looked at were the same, with this little distortion. There is some complaints about it also on multiple forums.

First I would like to say Hi to everyone this is my first post on this forum.
I just got my GV two weeks ago and both my wife and I find the driver side mirror very distorted and takes my eyes a few seconds to adjust looking at it.
