Just wanted to say that I have installed the RR kit + OME springs. Guess what the rear camber is fine the front is not lol. Strange huh?

The right tire got more positive camber than the left one. I believe the guy who installed the kit did not do it properly.

Btw CV angles are not bad.

Gona take it to another garage to fix it and will keep you updated.

Might start a new lift trend here

NICE!!!

I can't believe the rear camber is fine.

Pictures please!

If camber bolts don't work, you should be able to get it right by drilling out the slots in struts and moving the bolts.

I had the same situation with 45 mm spacers - rear camber was o.k., but front wasn`t. My front wheels was like \-/. I made my spacers 40 mm - and front ramber are in green zone now! I was surprised, as 5 mm can make so big difference...
And how many mm you lifted your GV? 50 mm? One of our ukrainian suzuki- club member made 50 mm lift and he has the same problem with front wheels. He decided to rebore mount places of front shocks. I decider to reduse my lift (I use my GV not only off-road, this is daily-driving GV). Anyway,we both have front camber in green zone. So, it`s few ways to make front camber in standard limits...

RoRRo can you get more details on the body lift? I used Google translator but it was not clear. Where do the spacers exactly fit? Especially the front

Correct me if wrong:

2006 model has no airbags and you can body lift

2007+ has airbags and you can NOT body lift!

PS I have tried Dobinsons front struts and wouldnt recommend them (yellow colour)

I run only 50mm lift in back now (springs and shox) and my car clears most hurdles in deep sand etc.

Indeed, "in sand it rocks"

Thats bad news if true!

Yeah in sand the GV is fine. I have the OME springs 20mm and 1" bigger tires so thats almost 2" lift.

ummmm you should be fine to do it as you are dropping the suspension frame down and not doing a body lift - lifting body off chassie.

the GVs are unibody so a " body lift "is impossible..

Google Translation

Hard to understand as the translation is not clear. See if you guys can figure it out.

The second page he mentioned the dimensions of the front spacers (cylinders)

I think he is merely saying:
Use dia60mm Rod, cut out into 40mm length with a center dia14mm drilled through.

That's just how i interpreted it. :)

Hi all,

Gotten a full suspension replacement kit with customized rear spring spacers (45mm) & 255/65R16 tires.

Results:
Front, 95mm lift. (80mm from Suspension + 15mm from Tires)
Rear, 105mm lift. (50mm from Suspension + 45mm from Coil Spacers + 15mm from Tires)

When the suspension kit was fitted, it lifted the car by 90mm (front) and 80(rear). After a few weeks of driving around, the sag at the rear made me customized a pair of rear spring coils to compensate.

Worth a try if you dont mind risking the bushings at the front lower arm.

Cheers.

That's an awesome setup, zhihao55. Do you any pictures of your rig?

I believe any lift (whether 20mm or more) will have the bushing issues.

I do have some pictures but not very well taken.
Hope you guys don't mind.

But how do i attach pictures here?
I dont seems to be able to do that.

I probably just cant stand how low my GV sits, so I just went ahead and risk those bushings.
Hahahaa!!!
